Shah Abdul Aziz, Shah Waliyullah, istighatha and the Ghayr Muqalidin
Shah Abd al-Aziz Muhaddith Dehlawi writes:
“The Awliya Allah, interact in the world, even after their death. They
eliminate difficulties and help the needy. The one who is in grief
seeks their help and is successful in reaching their objectives.”
(Tafsir Fath al-‘Aziz, under the verse 84:18, (Muslim Book Depot, Lal Kunwa, Dehli), p.206)
Shah Abd al-Aziz also writes:
"“The Ummah recognises Hadrat Ali RadiAllahu anhu as the remover of misfortunes and accept his descendants as their spiritual guides.” (Tohfa-e Ithna Ashariyya, chapter six, the chapter on the description of Imamat, (Suhail Academy, Lahore), p. 214.
Shah Waliyullah writes:
"We don’t see, but the Prophet removes our difficulties…” (Atyab al-Nagam Fi Madh Sayyid al-‘Arab wa al-‘Ajam, under the verse, ‘Wa Mutasim al-Makroob Fi Kulli Gamra’, (Mujtaba’i press, Delhi), p. 4.)
Shah Waliullah writes in ( Anfas al Arifeen , page 65)
“ Some times Khawja Khurd (rh) used to celeberate “Urs” of Khawja Baqi Billah (Rd). My Father narrates that he has seen many times that people use to offer help to Shah Khurd (rh). Some one used to say” I will take the responsibility to provide rice ( for Urs). Other used to say” I will take the responsibility to provide mear ( for Urs) and some one else used to say “ I WILL TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ARRANGING QAWWAL” ( for the urs)”
Shah Waliyullah in his al-Intiba fi Salasil al-Awliya pg. 137-138, he says he got ijaza for Jawahir al-Khamisa which includes Du`a Naad e Ali (which includes the words "Ya Ali")
It is interesting to note that Shah Abd al-Aziz and his father, Shah Waliullah rahimahum Allah both did istighatha while the Ghayr Muqalidin Wahabis, both of whom call these actions, as shirk, claim to follow them.
Molvi Ibrahim Sialkoti:
Ghayr Muqalid Idolatry
The idol deity of the Wahabi Ghayr Muqalidin sits on a throne and gets bored
and has five fingers and jogs.
1. Jogging: Fatawa Aqida of Ibn Uthaymeen pg. 12
Ibn Uthaymeen writes:
وأي مانع يمنع من أن نؤمن بأن الله تعالى يأتي هرولة
2. Sitting: Majmu al-Fatawa of Ibn Uthaymeen vol 1 pg. 57
Ibn Uthaymeen writes:
Ibn Uthaymeen writes:
Wahabis do not believe in Allah but believe in some idol.
Ibn Kathir praised Imam al-Qushayri the Sufi
Many Wahabis especially on the program PalTalk have a special hatred in their heart towards the Sufis. Yet their own leader, Ibn Kathir, praises one of the biggest Sufis by the name of al-Imam al-Qushayri in his Tabaqat al-Fuqaha al-Shafi`yeen. Here is the actual page:

Shah Abd al-Aziz writes about Imam Nisa`i
“He was a Shafi’i, his book “Manaasik” is the evidence about him”.
Shah Abd al-Aziz writes about Imam Abu Dawud
“There is a difference of opinion of scholars about his jurispudence. Some say he was Shafi’i and some say he was Hambali”.
Shah Abd al-Aziz writes about Imam Ibn Mubarak:
“Abdullah bin Mubarak was leader of faithful people in (matters of) Ahadith. Primarily he adopted the apprenticeship of Imam-e-Azam Abu Haneefah (May Allah be pleased with him) and learnt jurisprudence from him. After the death of Imam-e-Azam (Allah’s mercy be upon him), he learnt jurisprudence further by Imam Malik in Madeenah Munawwarah. His Ijtihaad is the compendium of both jurisprudences. This is the reason Ahnaaf count him in Hanafiyah category and Malikis count him in Malikiyah category."
Please note that this Shah Abd al-Aziz is the teacher of the Ghayr Muqalidin "scholars", Dawud Ghaznawi and Thanaullah Amristari and therefore, he can not be dismissed by the Ghayr Muqalidin as the Ghayr Muqalidin take ownership of Shah Abd al-Aziz and Shah Waliullah. Ibrahim Mir Sialkoti writes heaps of praises for Shah Waliyullah, the father of Shah Abdul Aziz.
